While I aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible, I am unable to provide an emergency or crisis service outside of scheduled appointments.

- NHS 111 (Mental Health Option) – If you need urgent mental health support but it is not an emergency, call 111 and select the mental health option, or use NHS 111 online.
- Samaritans – Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call 116 123 if you need someone to listen.
- Shout – Free, confidential text support available 24/7. Text SHOUT to 85258.
- Hub of Hope – Find local mental health services and support in your area.
- Mind – Information and advice about mental health support and crisis services.
- PAPYRUS HOPELINE247 – For anyone under 35 experiencing suicidal thoughts or supporting a young person.
