Session information
I offer both online and in-person therapy sessions for adults aged 18 and over. Sessions are available on both a short-term and long-term basis, depending on your individual needs and what feels right for you.
Session details
Each therapy session lasts for 50 minutes and takes place in a safe, supportive and confidential environment.

Monday to Friday · 9:00am – 9:00pm
Evening appointments are available.
Location
Online via Google Meet, or in-person in Harlow, Essex.
Fees
Individual therapy session (50 minutes)
£55 per session · Online or in person.
Concession rate · £45 per session
Concession rates are available for:
- Key workers
- Those currently receiving benefits
- Refugees
- Older adults / OAPs
Introductory phone call
A free 15-minute introductory phone call can be offered prior to booking, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions and see whether therapy with me feels right for you.
Arrange a free callPayment & cancellation policy
Payment for sessions is required at least 48 hours in advance in order to secure your appointment time.
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may still be charged in full.
This policy is in place to protect both your appointment space and the availability of sessions for other clients.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to me, and I am committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
What information I collect
If you contact me or choose to begin therapy, I may collect personal information including:
- Your name
- Contact details (such as your telephone number and email address)
- Information shared within your enquiry
- Assessment forms and relevant background information
- Session notes
- Appointment and payment records where appropriate
I will only collect information that is necessary to provide a safe, ethical and professional counselling service.
Why I collect your information
Your information is collected so that I can:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Arrange and provide counselling sessions
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Meet my professional, legal and insurance obligations
- Safeguard you or others where required by law or professional ethics
How your information is stored
I take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. Electronic records are password protected and paper records, where used, are stored securely. Your information is only accessible to me unless I am legally or ethically required to share it.
Confidentiality
Everything discussed within therapy is treated as confidential.
There are rare situations where confidentiality may need to be broken, including where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or another person, concerns relating to the safeguarding of a child or vulnerable adult, or where disclosure is required by law or court order. Wherever possible, I will discuss this with you first.
How long I keep your information
Client records are retained for the period required by my professional body, insurer and legal obligations before being securely destroyed.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information I hold about you.
- Request a copy of your personal information.
- Ask for inaccurate information to be corrected.
- Request that your information is deleted where legally appropriate.
- Ask questions about how your information is collected, stored and used.
- Raise any concerns about how your personal information has been handled.
